Bespoke Joinery was formed in Darwen, Lancashire over 20 years ago. Production began in a small unit at the front of the Olive Mill premises, with a workforce of just 3 people, servicing local tradesman and building contractors.
Within 5 years, with the customer base expanding, more staff were taken on to meet the demand for the products and services being offered. The current premises were purchased in full along with the rest of the original Olive Mill, a total footprint of approximately 65,000 sq ft.
By 2004 the business name was changed to Bespoke Complete Services Limited and the manufacturing business and contracting business became one and the same. Staffing levels had increased further with 16 people employed on the shop floor, and 20+ employed on a sub-contract basis undertaking site works.
The workshop area has evolved over the last few years and expanded by acquiring three additional buildings of around 7,000 sq ft, taking us now to 27,000 sq ft with considerable investment in plant and machinery over this period.
The facilities now boast a whole range of new machinery which include, Sprint Holzher Edge Bander, a number of new Casoline Spindle Moulders, Casoline 10 ft Sliding Table Saws and a new CNC lock/hinge slot machine to name but a few.
Further expansion has now been completed, with a new warehouse, boardroom and two large offices. Bespoke Complete Services Ltd currently employ 26 skilled and semi-skilled tradesmen, with four vehicles operating from the site. We have built a new scheduling & operating system for the factory and are now registered and regulated by BM Trada.
We are extremely proud of our products and always aim to exceed expectations.
